INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED
Aljezur, Portugal: Intensive surf coaching with Australian top coach MARTIN DUNN. He’s one of the worlds best surf coaches! Surfcoaching & video analysis & surfskating & mental training, all genders (max. 8 spots).
Daten: Training 1: Tue, 1.10. – Sat, 5.10. (Intermediate) /// Training 2: Sun, 6.10. – Thu, 10.10. (Advanced) /// Training 3: Fri, 11.10. – Tue, 15.10. (Pro)
Duration 5 days per training course (arrival day, three coaching days, departure day).
Level: You surf a shortboard or mid-length and you can duckdive. As an intermediate surfer, you mainly want to improve your take-off, your bottom and top turns, and how you generate speed. Why? Because you still wipe out often when the waves get bigger and steeper. Or, you often lose speed after the take-off and ride the wave slower than you want to. As an advanced surfer you want to work intensively on your surfing technique, or learn a new maneuver, and better use the wave’s potential. As a pro surfer, you train specifically for your next competition goal.
Level: You surf a shortboard with good volume, a mid-length or funboard. You can duckdive or do the turtle roll. You want to improve your take-off, bottom- and topturn.

Level: You are still surfing a beginner board (Foamie or Minimalibu or Funboard). You have been surfing green waves for a while and you can paddle to the line-up alone. You want to improve your take-off and practice riding the wave to the left or right.
FIRST TIME BEGINNER
Lisbon, Costa da Caparica, Portugal: Retreat 1: Sat, 15.6. – Fri, 21.6.2024 & Retreat 2: September 2024 (dates to follow), surf course & photo analysis & mental training & surprise event (coaches: professional surf school & Lara Noser), women only (maximum 6 places) -> Only 1 place left
Level: You have never surfed before, but you really want to learn. “Get out of your comfort zone” is this week’s motto. Learn to surf in the company of your mental coach Lara Noser.
SURF & YOGA
Bali, Indonesien, FEARLESS AND CONFIDENT: Sat, 22.6. – Sat, 29.6.2024 (surfguiding inkl. videoan alysis & yoga & mental training/hypnosis/life-coaching)! It’s about diving deep into the topic of fear – whether in surfing or in life. Overcoming fear, building courage and self-confidence, daring to step out of your comfort zone, testing and questioning limits.

Thank you for this week and for putting that smile on my face! I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the things we talked through and the strategies and methods I‘ve learned 💛 Surfing is so much of a mental game (I think most sports are) and if your struggling with anything in that regard, it being fear, motivation, trauma, big waves, mindset for performance improvement, pressure or frustration, @fearless_surfer should be your go to! Kim has such a broad understanding of the mental game in sports and whatever I came up with I never felt judged, she took so much time for uncovering underlying issues with me and it really felt like she’s enjoying her work. There is so much more I could say but I just want to put it out there that I’m grateful for the work you do and I hope you will have a lot of success, a lot of waves and to see you again in the line-up some day 🌊
I was totally blown away from this retreat. The whole setting was so great, professional but really familiar as well. The daily Video analysis helped me to see what I have to change in the water. And on top of it learning the movements on the surfskate first and than try to make the transfer in the water really helped me to improve in just one week. The mental training put me in the right mindset and I learned more about me in general. Also I now know how I want to feel in the line up and how I can accomplish this with my mental warm up. This week gave me a lot of tools with which I can keep on working now and improve even more in the future.
I wished the week would never end. 😁
I was nervous when I arrived in Aljezur, assuming that in the following next days, I’d be forced to face anxieties and fears. But hello, this super warm welcome, the friendly atmosphere within the group made me calm down so fast, that I didn’t even remember what I was scared of. In contrary I was warmly invited to face what hold me back, never pushed or forced to go beyond my borders. Kim, Vasco and Marta’s kindness and caring attitude made this retreat unique. I’m so grateful that I had the chance to meet this beautiful souls and yes, on top of everything I even did progress in Surfing and Skating. Thank you so much for this amazing time. With love, Betül
