Face your fear

Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that the fear and self-doubt you face is unique to you. 99% of surfers feel these emotions at one point or another–it’s totally normal.

What’s not normal is allowing these emotions and self-limiting beliefs to ruin your love for surfing, which is where I come in.

I combine holistic, science-backed mental training with hypnosis therapy to uncover and transform the root of your fear, whether it’s rational or irrational. I’ll then show you how you can continue building up your courage and self-confidence with simple exercises that you can do at home, at the beach or in the water.

You don’t need to live by the ocean, nor do you need to be an experienced surfer. Mental coaching is beneficial for all!

I’ve helped over 200 women and counting of all skill levels from around the world tap into their inner wave warrior and become a more confident surfer and human being.

One-off session / €150

A 90-minute-long 1:1 coaching call is a great place to start. Hit the button below to schedule a call. I recommend at least 1-3 sessions to deal with fear, panic attacks and self-limiting mental blocks, however, sometimes a single session is enough to get you started. This coaching is suitable for women at a point in their surfing journey where they’re ready to face their fears and become a more confident, well-rounded surfer. It’s also great to help you prepare mentally for your next surf trip.

Long-term program

I also offer long-term coaching (over several months) and mental competition preparation, which consist of an initial 90-minute coaching call like the one above combined with shorter or longer follow-up sessions. The follow-ups are about discussing the implementation of the exercises and looking at new topics that come up when you go surfing. A good friend of mine once told me that I should not only train the maneuvers on the water but also imagine them in my head.

So I did that and it worked right away. It’s crazy! I could hardly believe it! This flow moment showed me that mental training is an essential part of the (competition) training.
