Fear starts in your mind. Courage as well!
Step 1: The 15-min intro call
You write or call me and tell me about your problem and what you want to change. We will then schedule an intro call where I will explain what to expect, and you can ask me all your questions. This is totally free, without obligation and lasts about 10-15 minutes.
Step 2: The online Coaching
If you want to book a coaching session, we will meet online via video call (e.g., Skype, Zoom, Whats App, etc.). First, we talk about what you want to change. And then start with the coaching and hypnosis. Hypnosis feels similar to meditation and is the perfect technique to overcome fear, panic attacks and mental blocks.
Step 3: Courage and Confidence
After hypnosis, I show you exercises to strengthen your courage, self-confidence and commitment. With these, you can prepare yourself from home and know which exercises to use during your surf session. Now you are ready for your next trip and to catch more waves.

Thanks to my 1:1 coaching with Kim, I was able to release mental blocks that were bothering me in my daily life and affecting the quality of my surfing sessions. With patience and empathy, Kim could guide me into a relaxed state where I felt safe and secure to identify these blocks, analyze them, and release them through our conversation and the following exercises she gave me. The session gave me the clarity and confidence I needed to make certain decisions in my life, to be more present and as a result to enjoy surfing a lot more again. A good friend of mine once told me that I should not only train the maneuvers on the water but also imagine them in my head.
So I did that and it worked right away. It’s crazy! I could hardly believe it! This flow moment showed me that mental training is an essential part of the (competition) training. I then booked mental training with Kim to prepare me for the Swiss Wavepool Championships. Through the coaching sessions with her, I was always able to keep a pure inner joy and motivation for surfing. This allowed me to experience great flow moments over and over again.
As a result of my mental strength, I achieved first place at the Swiss Wavepool Championship 2021!
