This retreat combines surf coaching, yoga and mental training in a tropical paradise where post-surf means sipping coconut water under a shady palm tree while enjoying the Balinese island life.
Teddy Sun will be leading the surf coaching with video analysis and teaching yoga, while Kim Chareonbood will lead the hypno-coaching, breathwork, and the fun adventures.

Fear is at the root of most problems and has many faces. It can be obvious – like feeling anxious at the sight of a big wave rolling towards you – or feel like subtle anxiety in the back of your mind – similar to putting off pursuing your dreams. Your fear can be rational – because a big wave can be a real threat. But sometimes you know it can be irrational – and you don’t know why you’re overreacting with fear or panic, but you do. When this happens, it may feel like you don’t know what to do with it in the moment or how to overcome it.
BUT THERE IS A WAY! In our surf coaching retreat in Bali we want to give you the tools to overcome your fear, and use it to your advantage by turning it into courage!

Participate in our one-month online mental training to help outline your goals and unlock your full potential. This begins four weeks before your retreat. You will receive access to the online members area with videos on the basic techniques and weekly exercises to practice. Feel free to go through everything at your own pace at home.
Surf coaching & Analysis
Our daily surf guiding is about experiencing the water and the waves as a playground where you can be curious and creative. This is where it’s about connecting with yourself and the ocean’s energy. In the following video analysis, we’ll discuss your surf technique. The goal is for you to find confidence in yourself and the ocean.
Yoga & Mind
Daily yoga and mental coaching workshops will help you overcome fear, build confidence and courage, and find peace and serenity. It is also important to us that you find clarity for certain surf and life questions. With lots of practical exercises for the water, on land and in life!
